Welcome to Tozzi Realty at Real Estate One. Associate Broker, Gino Tozzi has over 20 years of experience in multifamily investment properties and residential real estate rehab and development working for his family's companies. He is a lifelong resident of Southeast Michigan, primarily in the Grosse Pointes and Macomb County areas.

Gino is a proud graduate of Warren De La Salle, and has earned a BA at Hillsdale College in History and Political Science, an MA and PhD at Wayne State University in Political Science. Upon completion of his PhD, Gino worked as a Political Science Lecturer at the University of Houston-Victoria from 2011-2016.

In order to take care of his his wife and children, Gino moved back home to Detroit and became a Realtor because today’s consumer has higher expectations of real estate than ever before and it is very important for Realtors to provide a customer-centric experience to make sure the client gets their money's worth. For Gino, it is not for the monetary payoff, but for the enjoyment of helping others achieve their dreams of home ownership. When you love what you do, success will come naturally, and people will want to take care of you. 

After meeting with many brokerages to learn about their culture, commitment, and action plans, Gino joined Johnstone and Johnstone because of their devotion to excellence and professionalism as well as their glowing reputation throughout the community. He has recently joined Real Estate One - Clinton Twp to stay in the same brokerage but be closer to his residence.
