“I could go on and on about Cheryl and also her team but I will try to keep it short and sweet. I was in a time crunch to sell my home. I originally went with a friend of a friend to sell my house when my initial instinct told me to work with Cheryl from the beginning; however I also wanted to help my friend out so I felt torn. That situation ended horribly and really pushed my timeline back. I called Cheryl stressed and overwhelmed and she immediately stepped in, calmed me down, and told me it's all going to work out and it did!
