“We had been looking for our home while renting for several years. We had four agents prior to Deb. Two were terrible and spent more time trying to tell us not to bid on houses than to do their job. The other two were very disinterested after a few showings. Deb was recommended by our Mortgage Broker. Absolutely amazing knowledge of the market in each neighborhood. When walking through a home she evaluates as well as a Home Inspector. This was based on watching our home inspector, who noted things Deb already pointed out.
