Greetings and welcome to the world of real estate life and experiences, I began my career in real estate on the financial side called Brokers World, don't laugh but that's how I pictured it... my journey as a Loan Officer/Mortgage Processor and now a Real Estate Agent gave me the understanding on how to help people in a need for the biggest investment of their lives, "A HOME" to call their very own.  Mortgage Brokers are able to to insert a borrowers life and create a search for the perfect loan to fit a couple or single person financial situation. The best thing about this ingenuous ability is that it caters to everyone. One home loan I handled in particular, involved a car dealership owner who had four mercedes-benz repossessions on his credit report which to him a home loan was a no go, he needed this refinance to cover some debt and help his daughter with her down-payment on a house. The obvious was not noticed, I got him approved due to the fact I found a lender that accepted the re-pos because they were all co-signor accounts over 10yrs ago and he paid them off with letters written showing proof he was not at fault. One out of ten lenders took his loan. His home valued at $600,000.00 and only owed $250,000.00 to the bank. The ability help someone in need is truly a blessing.
