Katie is a life-long resident of beautiful northern Michigan and currently resides in downtown Petoskey. Growing up in Harbor Springs, Katie has always had an inherent curiosity around the process of buying and selling properties. After spending time professionally in the nonprofit and healthcare sectors, when the opportunity to join the growing Real Estate One - Petoskey team came up, it was one she ran to right after she obtained her Michigan real estate license.

As a real estate consultant, Katie looks forward to helping clients through any real estate adventure you are pursuing, including helping you secure a new commercial property, a valuable investment property, or chasing after your forever home. She is ready and eager to help every step of the way. Her goal is to exceed your expectations by leaning into her strengths of delivering quality service while also leveraging her unique eye for design and experiences as a property owner herself.

Katie is a graduate of Harbor Springs High School and she obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration from Lake Superior State University. Outside of the office, you can find Katie enjoying all that northern Michigan offers outdoors alongside her husband Mark, and two young sons.
