Started in real estate in November of 1993, with CMW Real Estate.

Sold my 1^st million in 1994

March of 1994, I took a part-time position in the closing department at CMW

I have been a full -time agent since 1993. During that time, I learned the back-office procedures of a real estate office. Closings, banking, tax prorations, cash closings etc. It was truly a great learning experience. 

Received my GRI certification, then my broker’s license
